Egypt, officially Arab Republic of Egypt, located mostly in North Africa in addition to the Sinai Peninsula, which constitutes a land bridge between Africa and Southwest Asia. That is why Egypt is the country transcontinental, and a major force in Africa, the Mediterranean and the Middle East and the Muslim world. Egypt's economy is one of the most diversified economies in the Middle East, and includes sectors such as tourism, agriculture, industry and services, and is approximately equal levels of production.
