United Arab Emirates, is the Union which is located in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula in Southwest Asia on the Persian Gulf, on the border with the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and share maritime borders with Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Iran.

The name was used Coast pirates in reference to the Emirates in the region from 18 century to the beginning of 20 century.
The UAE's political system, based on its 1971 Constitution, is composed of several intricately connected governing bodies. Islam is the official religion, and Arabic is the official language.
Its oil reserves, is ranked sixth in the world, and it is one of the most developed economies in West Asia. Its economy occupies the thirty fifth place in the market exchange rates, and have a high rate of per capita gross domestic product (GDP), in light of the gross domestic product per capita in the U.S. $ 47.407 as per the International Monetary Fund (IMF). It occupies number 15 in the purchasing power per capita, and has a relatively high human development index in the Asian continent and is ranked thirty-second in the world. UAE is classified as a high-income developing economy through the IMF.
Although the UAE has a constitution and a President, it is not a constitutional monarchy or republic. It is a federation of seven kingdoms, where rulers retain absolute power within their emirates. Princes have chosen one of them to be president of the Union, but this does not change the character of the Royal Government of the UAE. And respect the Constitution only the relations between the Emirates as members of the Union, does not describe the constitutional system of government.
UAE is a founding member of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States, and the State member of the League of Arab States. It is also a member of the United Nations, the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the World Trade Organization.
